In keeping with the standards of professionalism that all lawyers should follow, I politely and privately informed my opponent of the change and he curiously inquired how I found that out.  When I told him it was through electronic research he sheepishly confessed that not only did he not know how to do that, but he didn’t even know how to use e-mail!  That experience stuck with me.  It forces me to stay on the cutting edge of technology to provide the best possible service to businesses and their owners and to keep up with the speed of their business.
